We are asking that you send letters or faxes to as many Senators as you can, not just the ones in your state, and several letters to each Senator, if you can afford it.  We must BOMBARD our Senators with our letters, faxes and phone calls over the next three weeks if we have any chance of stopping this insane Mexican trucking pilot program. 

PLEASE...send this letter to everyone you know and ask them to do the same, then have them pass it to everyone they know, and so on.  Also send it to all the patriot, activist and political groups you know of in your state, and call all your radio talk show hosts and get them to talk about it. 

WE MUST...AT ALL COST...STOP THIS PLAN BEFORE IT HAPPENS. 

Dear (Senator's Name),

Just recently Congress passed House Bill HR.1773, the Safe American Roads Act of 2007, by an overwhelming majority vote of 411-3.  It is well known that this is the best step, yet, any member of Congress or the Senate has taken to assure American citizens that Mexican truckers, their trucks, and the companies that hire them, must be in complete compliance
with our Federal trucking laws and safety regulations, before they will be allowed to enter the United States of America. 

In observance of HR.1773, Mexico will be required to respect, observe and uphold our Federal trucking laws and safety regulations before they are allowed into the United States.  Right now, Mexico is grossly and dangerously out of compliance with our Federal trucking laws and safety regulations, and have shown no signs of progress or any desire to comply in the last ten years.  If they want to truck in America, they must be held to the same standards and laws that our U.S. truckers are held to.   

George Bush has already stated that he will veto any bill the Senate and Congress sends him in opposition of his plan to allow the Mexican pilot trucking program to proceed.  In spite
of overwhelming public, Congressional and Senatorial opposition to this plan, he continues to recklessly defy reason on this issue and put all American citizens at serious risk. 

As a legal American citizen, I am expecting you to support the stand Congress has already taken to overwhelmingly pass the HR. 1773 Safe American Roads Act of 2007, and pass an
equivelent Senate bill, before the July 15 deadline date scheduled by the Federal Transportation Department, to begin this irresponsible Mexican trucking pilot program. 

A majority vote by the Senate will override the president's guaranteed veto of any legislation that is passed to oppose this plan.  It's time to make George Bush honor the will of the American citizen, the will of Congress and the Senate, and to uphold our Federal trucking laws and safety regulations.

This is imperative to the safety, and security of our nation and to every man, woman and child that cherishes the United States of America as home.

Make your statement short, sweet and to the point, and make most of your comments about the tragic safety issues that surround this program and how that will affect every American citizen.  Anyone can comment, not just truckers, so please pass this on to everyone you know and get them to comment, and then to pass it on.

WHY:  To tell our government that we are opposed to the NAU (North American Union), NAFTA's demand for us to allow tens of thousands of Mexican truckers and their trucking companies into America, and Bush's support of that demand.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!  YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE IN DANGER!!!!!!

Just like a tornado comes out of nowhere and wrecks your life, the Government has decided to unleash the Mexican border and let Mexican Trucks run freely across the USA. This is putting us all in GREAT danger!  The American Truck Driver is scrutinized and held to the stiff DOT regulations, the Mexicans have no rules and regulations.

THE AMERICAN TRUCK DRIVER COMPARED TO THE TRUCK DRIVERS FROM MEXICO----REMEMBER THEY WILL BE ON THE SAME HIGHWAY AS YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

1.         American Drivers are drug tested regularly--Mexican Drivers have no drug test!

2.         American Drivers are given background checks--Mexican Drivers have no Data Base to check Backgounds.

3.         American Drivers driving records are kept and checked regularly--Again no Data Base in Mexico.

4.         American Drivers are finger printed and criminal records checked every 4 years--Mexican Drivers, once again no Data Base.

5         Americans Drivers, in accordance with the Hours of Service Laws,  can only drive 11 Hours, then They must take a 10 Hour break---The Mexican Drivers have no Hours of Service Laws, so they have been driving no telling how long before they even cross the border, and then keep right on driving across our States with no sleep, and probably drugs to keep them awake!

6         American Drivers specialize in the movement of Freight to keep America's shelves stocked.  Mexican Drivers specialize in any Contraband, or whatever pays the most, for example:  Drugs, Illegal Immigrants, and of course, what if the Terrorist need a way to get in here???  Muslim extremists are currently recruiting Mexicans to do their terorist bidding in America.  Terrorist can easily get trucking jobs in Mexico, and can carry load of weapons, explosives, and terrorist personnel into America, with no worries of DOT inspectors stopping and inspecting their rigs.  THIS CANNOT AND MUST NOT HAPPEN!

7         American Trucks are held to a high standard with maintenance on the trucks which is checked regularly to make sure they are in good running order and not a hazard on the highway. Mexican Trucks have no maintenance rules, and we do not have the man power to check all these trucks as they cross our borders!!

These are just a few comparisons, we could go on and on, but I'm sure you can get the point.  Do you want your family and friends to be on the same highway with the American Trucks or the Mexican Trucks? 

Our Government is planning to open our borders to Mexican Trucks sometime in May.  We have got to "Stand UP" and say "NO"! There have been 2 Bills proposed to try to stop this from happening. 

Please contact your Senators and Congressman and anyone else you can. We as American Citizens have got to step up and say, "WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH, WE WILL TOLERATE NO MORE!"  WE HAVE GOT TO STOP THIS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!  SAY "NO, NO, NO"!   DO NOT LET THE MEXICAN TRUCKS ON OUR HIGHWAYS - NOT NOW - NOT EVER !!!
