A Profound Constitutional Weapon to Force the Government to Enforce the Immigration Laws and Abandon The NAU
Most Americans believe that the First Amendment Right to "Petition the government for redress of grievances" is simply the Right to express their displeasure to the Government.
Unfortunately, We the People have never been told the whole truth.
In fact, the Right to Petition government is the MOST POWERFUL RIGHT protected by the Bill of Rights. Our organization's research has uncovered a significant body of legal and historical research dating back to the signing of Magna Carta in 1215 that establishes, without question, that the Right to Petition includes not only the Right to express a Grievance -- but ALSO includes the Right to FORCE the government to Redress (respond to) Petitions of Grievances and also the Right to Withhold Taxes to secure Redress.
This Right, the Capstone Right, is direct exercise of Popular Sovereignty and the final, check and balance provided by our Constitution to peacefully resolve violations of the Constitution by the government.
It's that simple: NO Answers, NO TAXES.
Next week, dozens of radio talk show hosts and thousands of truckers across the nation will claim and exercise some of their First Amendment Freedoms, specifically the Right to Assemble and the Right of Free Speech.
However, because these acts of protest are ultimately political in nature they may not achieve much because they do not employ the use of FORCE.
By exercising the Right to Petition and the Right to Withhold Taxes, We the People can peacefully FORCE our government to STOP the NAU and peacefully FORCE the government to enforce the Immigration laws of our nation.
The withholding of taxes IS the means of enforcing the Right of Petition.
This power to directly hold government accountable is WHY our Founders expressly protected the First Amendment from all infringement, including the enforcement of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Constitution mandates that the President shall faithfully enforce U.S. Immigration laws. HE HAS FAILED TO DO SO.
This is a VIOLATION of the Constitution.
The Constitution prohibits any merger of the United States with another nation. The NAU will destroy the very Rights the Constitution protects.
This is a VIOLATION of the Constitution.
Here is how the talk show hosts and the truckers can fully exercise their First Amendment Right to Petition:
1. Truckers and all Americans should be encouraged to sign the Petitions for Redress regarding these violations of the Constitution.
2. Once served upon the government, the government is legally obligated to respond and halt its constitutional violations.
3. If the government should fail to respond OR halt its violations, the People have the Constitutionally protected Right to withhold their taxes until the government responds.
It's that simple:
NO Answers, NO TAXES.
NO Borders? NO TAXES.
NO Law Enforcement? NO TAXES.
Petitions for Redress regarding the NAU and Immigration violations of the constitutional have been developed by the We The People Foundation For Constitutional Education, Inc.

Come join us and exercise the profound Constitutionally protected Right to Petition! It is the profound solution in Law that will succeed where acts of political protest have failed. Our Founders so proclaimed in 1774:
"If money is wanted by Rulers who have in any manner oppressed the People, they may retain ituntil their grievances are redressed, and thus peaceably procure relief, without trusting to despised petitions or disturbing the public tranquility." Journals of the Continental Congress,1:105-113

Law Suits
This year, I expect that not one immigration bill will pass Congress. No toughening up the laws but yet, no amnesty as well. With that said, the laws that are in force are what we have to work with. When the LAW breaks the law, then we, the people, can call the LAW on it thru lawsuits. I saw a couple examples of localities being sued for enabling the continued violations of the Federal Immigration Laws... ...And the judges have no choices but to rule according to the law so those who are suppose to be honoring and enforcing such laws are told to do so. Perhaps the judge can order certain heads to roll so we can have people in there who will actually do their jobs in honoring and enforcing such laws. Of course, certain jurisdictions, like Hazelton PA, can pass local ordinance that penalize those businesses who illegally employ non-citizens of the USA in their jurisdictions. I expect that when the case is decided, the Courts will uphold Hazelton's ordinance penalizing businesses who illegally employ non-citizens of the USA.
